Zero-Tolerance Anti-Scam Policy
Any merchant found engaging in fraudulent activities, overpricing, or providing substandard goods to subscribers will face Immediate Contract Termination, a penalty fee of ₱5,000.00, and permanent blacklisting from all future Pridens programs.

Every Pridens subscriber receives a monthly P-Voucher (₱50–₱100 value depending on their plan). These vouchers can only be redeemed at accredited Pridens Merchant Partners like your business. When a subscriber uses a voucher at your store, Pridens fully reimburses the voucher value plus pays you a ₱5.00 handling fee. All payouts are settled weekly.
As a Pridens Merchant Partner, you agree on a "Partner Rate" — a discounted price offered specifically to Pridens for your products or services. When subscribers purchase through their vouchers, Pridens covers the full retail price to the subscriber but pays you at the agreed Partner Rate. The difference between the retail price and the partner rate is Pridens' operating margin.
The Verified Merchant badge signals to all Pridens subscribers that your business has passed our strict quality and integrity verification process. It means you've agreed to our anti-scam policy, committed to consistent service quality, and are actively monitored by the Pridens team. Subscribers know they can shop with confidence at any Verified merchant — which directly drives more transactions to your store.
Pridens has a strict zero-tolerance policy for scams, overpricing, or providing substandard goods to subscribers. Any merchant found violating the agreement will face: Immediate Contract Termination, a penalty fee of ₱5,000.00, and permanent blacklisting from all future Pridens Trading Corporation programs.
